Before the introduction, marketing workflows in the company were confusing. There were different ways of working, documents were sent by e-mail, data was stored on local drives. Absent employees could not really be covered for, and when staff changed, valuable information was lost. If the MCC were to disappear one day, we would be completely stuck in international marketing, 100%. We can no longer work without the tool – and we do not want to.
